- Generate leads through cold and warm calls and client referrals.
- Manage client relationships to maximize lifetime value.
- Promote HCT products and collaborate with Marketing & Business Development teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent client service and handle inquiries professionally.
- College graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (RN/Nursing graduate a plus).
- At least 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Organized, results-driven, and excellent communicator.
- Based in or near your assigned province is preferred.
