- Strategic Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies within the designated territory. Deeply explore market opportunities to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets and market share goals set by the company.
- Product Sales & Promotion: Be fully responsible for the sales of the company's full portfolio of data center infrastructure products in the region. Core products include:
- Micro / Modular Data Centers
- Outdoor/Container Data Centers
- UPS and Batteries
- Structured Cabling System
- DCIM system
- Key Account Management: Lead the development, relationship maintenance, and in-depth management of key accounts in major industries. Build a stable and high-quality customer cooperation system.
- Solution Selling: Accurately identify and analyze customer needs. Collaborate with the pre-sales technical team to provide customized, overall data center infrastructure solutions, improving project win rates.
- Channel Development & Management: Develop, manage, and enable partners within the region, including distributors and system integrators, to build a healthy and win-win channel ecosystem.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and industry policies to provide decision support for the company's product and competitive strategies.
- Full-Cycle Project Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and technical communication to quotation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the data center infrastructure field (e.g., UPS, precision cooling, micro-modules, DCIM) or mission-critical power products. Must possess deep industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of the technical features, applications, and competitive landscape of Micro Data Centers, Modular Data Centers, Containerized Data Centers, UPS, and Batteries. Familiarity with Structured Cabling products is a significant advantage.
- Customer Resources: Possess extensive existing relationships with end-users (e.g., large enterprises, IDC service providers, government, education) and/or high-quality channel resources within the region, capable of achieving quick business breakthroughs.
- Core Competencies: Excellent skills in business negotiation, market analysis, project planning, and customer relationship management. Proven ability to independently manage large-scale projects.
- Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with strong self-motivation and a drive to succeed. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to necessary regional travel.
- Team Collaboration: Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit. Ability to effectively collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and delivery teams to serve customers.
