- Promotes the company through effective customer relations and goodwill.
- Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
- Ensures that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer satisfaction on overall dealership experience. < li > Procure service appointments of clients via telephone calls and emails. Approximately 40 outbound calls per day. < li > Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same . < li > Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers . < li > Maintains database , spreadsheets , < br /> < ul style = "list-style-type:disc" ; > list-item marker styles are not allowed in this context )< / ul > maintain accurate record keeping for daily update reporting . < / l i >
