    Qualifications:
    Must be a degree holder in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.

    Must have had at least five (5) years' experience in all functional areas of HR such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits administration, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management and Organization Development preferably in supervisory / asst.

    manager level in a manufacturing setting.

    Has the ability to interpret, communicate, apply and administer a variety of company policies in relation to staff and operational request.

    With Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Displays independence, initiative, ownership and leadership.

    Job Description:
    Knowledgeable in all HR Facets such as Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, etc.
    Experience in educating and coaching staff.
    Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
    Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
    Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
    Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
    Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
    Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
    Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
    Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
    Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
