- Establishes, maintains, and expands the organization's customer base through various route-to-market opportunities and conversion drives.
- Maximizes sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts
- Oversees and conducts market research
- Develops and implements sales initiatives, sales strategies, and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, and equivalent.
- Experience of 5 years in sales and/or business management with strong focus in driving sales team.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
- Familiar with all areas in MINDANAO.
