    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree graduate in Accounting, Internal Audit or related field
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise audit reports
    • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
    • Preferably with 1 year of experience for specialist or 2 years for Officer roles

    Role Description:

    Understanding the principles of Internal Auditing, adhering to the Code of Ethics, and following the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards).

    • Familiarity with the Internal Audit Activity Charter
    • Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager
    • Adherence to established Internal Audit Policies and Procedures, including Document and Record Control Procedures
    • Ensuring appropriate scope of work and key control objectives coverage
    • Collaborating effectively with the areas under audit to minimize disruptions and timely completion
    • Identifying internal control weaknesses and areas for improvement
    • Evaluating audit test results and drawing valid conclusions
    • Preparing necessary working papers to support Audit Findings
    • Suggesting measures for fraud prevention and process enhancement
    • Developing robust audit recommendations and overseeing their implementation
    • Monitoring management responses to audit findings
    • Reporting unresolved audit issues
