    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Years of Experience: at least 2-3 years of experience
    • Bachelorâs degree in Business and/or Technology field
    • Proven experience in system implementation
    • Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.
    • Knowledge of project management principles.
    • High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
    • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage

    DOES
    • As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
    • Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption. Scope covers impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.

    • Change Impact Assessment:

    âConduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of proposed changes on various teams and individuals.

    âDevelop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
    • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

    âCreate clear and compelling communication materials to inform employees about upcoming changes.

    âEngage stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.

    âEnsuring communication throughout the change cycle is managed and implemented.
    • Training and Development:

    âDesign and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational structures.
    • Change Implementation:

    âFacilitate the execution of change initiatives, ensuring that timelines are met, and desired outcomes are achieved.

    âMonitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    âAnalyze data and feedback related to change initiatives.

    âPrepare regular reports to track the progress of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

    âCultivate a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization. Advocate for the importance of embracing change as a means of driving growth and innovation.
