    Business Analyst

    Information Technology Department (ITD)

    ITD is seeking a business analyst (BA) with has at least 3 years of experience, ideally gained in the financial industry. The role requires an ability to gather requirements from the Private Sector Operation Department (PSOD) and other Non-Sovereign Operation (NSO) stakeholders, then configure and implement these changes in collaboration with QA. Also, the role requires data analysis skills to turn data into insights and data driven decisions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful products and join a dynamic and cross functional team.

    Responsibilities:

    · Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from PSOD and NSO.

    · Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.

    · Develop an in-depth understanding of business needs and have the skills to communicate these with the product owner and stakeholders.

    · Ensure that the solutions are aligned with the business goals, meet the quality standards, and comply with the security policies.

    · Manage the implementation of the solutions by configurating the changes, and assisting QA, deployment, and support phases.

    · Monitor and evaluate the performance and user satisfaction of the product and solutions and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.

    · Provide regular reports and updates on the status, progress, and issues of the projects to the management and the business team.

    · Assist with solution for escalated production incident, produce root cause analysis, and propose solution to avoid re-occurrence.

    · Advocate process changes to improve and support business and IT activities in designing the future state of new products.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology.

    · At least 3 years of experience as a BA, ideally in the financial sector.

    · Meticulousness to ensure that all requirements are captured and documented.

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to capture requirements, produce clear documentation, and ask thoughtful questions.

    · Experience with SQL, Excel, python and other tools for data analysis and reporting.

    · Experience with ITIL, Agile, and other frameworks for IT service management and software development.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    · Experience in C#, Camunda, CreditLens, LoanIQ, Summit would be a plus

    Must Have:


    • Technical BA ideally with data experience

    1. Candidate must have good technical understanding and background in NSO applications.

    2. Candidate must have knowledge in tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Datadog.

    3. Candidate must have technology experience in SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Python, C# and Camunda.

    4. Candidate must be comfortable and efficient with data and analysis.
