Job summary

The WFM Associate will act as a liaison between the Centralized and Site WFM teams. The associate will prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. They will resolve escalated issues and requests from site management. Root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution are also part of the job. Other responsibilities include monitoring real-time queues, schedule adherence & attendance. Key daily exception requests and update schedules are also tasks that must be performed by this associate.

    Required good knowledge of MS Excel (prepare for at least 10 formula)
