- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the organization's salary and bonus structures remain competitive.
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to link performance management processes with the overall total rewards strategy.
- Implement and oversee performance-based incentive programs to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Establish and maintain a job evaluation and grading system to ensure internal equity and consistency in compensation structures.
- Evaluate new and existing positions to determine appropriate salary ranges.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate HR and employees about the organization's total rewards programs.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Total Rewards Manager or in a similar compensation and benefits role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, regulations, and market trends.
