    We are hiring a high ownership Marketing & Campaign Assistant to manage campaign direction, promotional strategy, and cross channel marketing coordination.

    This role carries real responsibility across marketing decisions and campaign performance.

    Role Overview

    You will support leadership direction while owning campaign structure and execution across channels.

    You are responsible for shaping promotional angles, aligning paid ads and email campaigns, coordinating product selection, and ensuring marketing initiatives are launched correctly and on time.

    This is not a content only role.

    This is a performance oriented marketing role.

    Core Responsibilities1. Campaign Direction & Marketing Planning


    • Build and maintain the campaign calendar


    • Propose promotional angles and seasonal campaign themes


    • Select product groupings and bundle positioning


    • Structure offers aligned with AOV and revenue goals


    • Align messaging across Email, Paid Ads, and Social

    2. Paid Ads & Channel Alignment


    • Coordinate with Paid Ads team on creative direction and campaign messaging


    • Ensure paid ads positioning reflects campaign objectives


    • Review campaign readiness before scaling


    • Align testing structure with broader marketing strategy

    3. Email Marketing Oversight


    • Plan and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo


    • Maintain and optimize core flows


    • Structure segmentation aligned with campaign goals


    • Monitor revenue contribution and engagement

    4. Launch Accountability


    • Manage campaign readiness checklist


    • Ensure graphics, copy, product selection, and offers are aligned


    • Flag misalignment or risk early


    • Confirm smooth launch across channels

    5. Performance Tracking & Optimization


    • Deliver structured weekly performance reporting


    • Monitor AOV shifts, conversion trends, and revenue density


    • Identify areas for improvement


    • Recommend testing initiatives

    Required Qualifications


    • 2 to 4 years experience in ecommerce marketing or campaign roles


    • Hands on experience with Klaviyo


    • Experience coordinating paid ads campaigns or creative direction


    • Familiar with Shopify based brands


    • Strong understanding of AOV strategy and promotional positioning


    • Comfortable analyzing marketing performance data


    • Located in the Philippines


    • Able to work independently in a remote startup environment


    • Comfortable being accountable for campaign performance and timelines

    What Success Looks Like

    Within 30 days:

    You understand brand tone, campaign rhythm, and performance structure.

    Within 60 days:

    Campaigns launch smoothly with minimal friction. Paid ads and email messaging feel aligned.

    Within 90 days:

    Marketing structure feels organized. AOV positioning is clear in campaigns. Reporting is consistent and actionable.
