    Overview


    The role of an HR Officer is a critical one in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources function. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations and disciplinary actions, coordinating with project managers and department heads on manpower planning, maintaining accurate records of employees' contracts and documentation.


    Required Skills & Qualifications


    • A degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
    • Solid experience as an HR Officer or Generalist (5-8 years minimum);
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations best practices;

    You should have excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders; interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues at all levels; problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues promptly.
