    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-2 Years experience in related position
    • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
    • Previous experience in auditing, quality assurance and control, or BPO operations is preferred but not required.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of audit methodologies, standards, and tools is a plus.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
    • Ethical conduct and a commitment to upholding professional standards.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Directly reports to the department head.
    • Regularly checks the error mailboxes.
    • Communicates with the leaders for the unreported errors.
    • Identifies errors, discrepancies, and inefficiencies in processes and systems.
    • Investigates with the leader and concerned staff and decide if error is to be counted to the staff or not.
    • Analyzes findings to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
    • Collaborates with the leaders to develop strategies for error prevention and process optimization.
    • Communicates results and recommendations to the department head.
    • Tracks and reports findings, trends, and corrective actions taken.
    • Upholds confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information.
    • Participates in meetings and discussions to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing operational effectiveness.
