    THE RGP CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

    RGP has a unique consulting model that provides opportunities for consultants to work in different ways. Most consultants work in a model where they have the flexibility and autonomy to choose projects aligning to their experience, skills and desired lifestyle.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Counsels management to ensure equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices.
    • Provides comprehensive consulting services to business partner client groups.
    • Analyzes turnover to develop strategies that improve employee retention.
    • Reviews the compensation and benefit changes associated with personnel actions for accuracy and timeliness.
    • Updates the HR function on labor records, legal compliance and governmental posting requirements.
    • Helps to develop various compensation, benefit and training programs.
    • Designs training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues.
    • Provides assistance to other human resources professionals as necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education Required ~ University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
    • Generally Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience

    Other details:

    • Hybrid Arrangement (3x Work onsite per week)
    • Location is in BGC
    • Project Duration: initial 17 month-contract
