- Develop the Organizational Structure of all companies.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure BCP guidelines are properly implemented (Administrative Policies, Conduct of Business, Safety and Security of Employees and PPEs, Reporting and Documentation).
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Review salary and position level of requested manpower.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs.
- Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team.
- Competency mapping review every quarter.
- Create, review and recommend salary, benefit compositions and structure of employees.
- Review and recommend all salary adjustment with management.
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and assist them with matters concerning employee misbehaviours.
- Audit all division for procedures and processes involving OD.
- Recommend updating the employee handbook.
- Mediate in conflict or issues within and between departments that cannot be resolved among them.
- Provides support and guidance to HR, Department Heads and other employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Working closely with various departments in assisting supervisors and managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and assist them with matters concerning employee performance, productivity and career plan.
- Identify requisite training programs to suit the development and growth of employees and its follow through.
- Act as the Safety Officer in relation to HSC Guidelines and oversee SO assigned in different plant.
- Handles all HSC Team and ensure that they adhere to our health, safety and security protocols.
- Develop an advocacy activities.
- Conceptualizing and coordinating an overall strategy on SDGs.
- Monitoring & evaluation of program reports.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City
