- Enhance the organization's effectiveness, productivity, and engagement.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement change processes, including succession planning and organizational design.
- Analyze data for insights and develop change strategies, including performance and competency management systems.
- Support leadership and employees during change initiatives, aligning objectives and plans with departmental goals.
- Design and execute leadership development programs, conducting training needs analysis.
- Manage employee development, job descriptions, and KPI alignment.
- Oversee performance management and recognition programs, fostering a culture of development.
- Develop talent strategies, including corporate cultural formation and CSR projects.
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, performance management systems, and career planning & development, preferably in the Local FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, and Restaurant industries.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with assessment tools, including 360-degree feedback, Talent Gen, DISC, etc.
