They work on various tasks such as designing job descriptions, setting up performance management systems, creating career progression programs, analyzing training needs, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with company goals. It's all about making sure the right people are in the right roles to help the company hit its targets.



    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology
    • Possession of professional certifications like Certified HR Professional (CHRP) is a plus

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in ODdepartment
    • At least 2 years in a supervisory role managing teams
    • 3 years experience as an officer in ODDepartment
    • Total of 8 years in HR roles
    • Background in advertising or media industry would be beneficial
