Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)
What is your mission?
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to analyze customer purchases, enter client records accurately, support new business setup processes, coordinate with sales, track multiple clients, and maintain documentation. You will handle process improvements, manage requests, ensure compliance with US healthcare guidelines, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Identify and report issues and opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to New Business processes including reports, metrics, and improvement plans.
- Analyze customer purchases and enter client records into the system accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and secure missing information.
- Track and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Process internal and external requests related to the client's initial setup.
- Stay updated on US healthcare regulations including underwriting guidelines.
- Support a positive work environment through professional conduct and teamwork.
- Perform special tasks and assignments as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in any field (equivalent education/experience considered).
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Experience in US health insurance or customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Strong planning, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
