- Support daily accounting operations, including transaction recording and documentation
- Process and record intercompany receivable and payable transactions accurately and on time
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of accounting entries and supporting documents
- Prepare and perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances
- Monitor outstanding intercompany balances and coordinate timely settlement
- Review and validate intercompany invoices for accuracy and proper supporting documentation
- Investigate discrepancies, mismatches, and aging items, and implement corrective actions
- Communicate accounting requirements, deadlines, and settlement timelines to internal stakeholders
- Intercompany AR/AP processing and settlement
- Monthly intercompany balance reconciliation
- Discrepancy resolution and aging management
- Ongoing support to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Respond to accounting- and intercompany-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Provide accounting support as assigned by senior accounting leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of accounting activities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — required
- Strong foundation in general accounting, including AR/AP and reconciliations
- Experience or exposure to intercompany accounting is an advantage
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
