The main responsibilities of a Migration Agent include:

• Assist in managing client relationships through various channels including telephone and email communications.
• Support in the preparation, verification, and submission of visa applications across a range of subclasses such as Employer Sponsored Visas (TSS, 186, 407), General Skilled Migration (GSM), Partner visas, Family Visas, Student visas, 485 Visas etc.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct set by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
• Learn and develop skills in time management to ensure deadlines for visa applications and appeals are met effectively.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• Possession of a valid registration with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) is required.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and lodgment.
• Comfortable engaging with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
