- Assist on an everyday basis for other office and administrative works.
- Handling Visa applications and Flight ticket arrangements for technicians.
- Ensure business meets all compliance obligations and monitor developments under Clark Freeport Zone
- Ensure proper documentation of company documents
- Consolidate and process employees daily time record
- Consolidate, summarize, and submit weekly reports to the Human Resource Manager. Monitor the availability of supply for the forms and office supplies needed in the office/site.
- Perform other administrative tasks needed by the office
