    We seek an experienced Purchasing Manager to handle our company's procurement activities. The Purchasing Manager's responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Formulating and executing strategic purchasing plans.
    • Overseeing day-to-day procurement operations, leading and delegating responsibilities within the procurement team.
    • Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers, and facilitating negotiations for contracts, pricing agreements, and delivery schedules.
    • Upholding the integrity of supplier records, procurement documentation, and purchase history.
    • Collaborating with inventory management to forecast and fulfill inventory requirements efficiently.
    • Upholding stringent quality standards and specifications for all procured goods.
    • Developing cost estimates and managing budgetary constraints.
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for procurement methodologies and procedure

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, with a strong preference for experience in Consumer Goods.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
    • Track record of success in high-value business projects, showcasing adept project management and time management abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with critical thinking capabilities.
    • Proficient communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
