General Accounting Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Process and maintain accurate payroll records, including employee attendance, deductions, and benefits.
Invoicing and Payments:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring proper documentation and accurate billing details.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and assist in collections efforts.
- Verify, process, and pay company expenses, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor payment deadlines and ensure that payments are made in accordance with company policies and vendor terms.
Tax and Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Ensure that all tax-related documents are prepared and submitted on time, including VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Maintain proper records for audit purposes, ensuring all necessary documents are available for internal and external audits.
Financial Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly expense reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing reports for management meetings and decision-making.
- File and maintain accounting documents, ensuring that all records are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Assist in tracking budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and recommending financial improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
