    JOB PURPOSE

    Responsible in the implementation of company direction and strategies in achieving the sales target to assigned Key Account through the application of account management concepts and principles (i.e. handling an account from A to Z processes) and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention all the time.

    JOB SCOPE

    • Contributes in the achievement of sales target by ensuring the availability and visibility of GCI products to Key Accounts
    • Manages the assigned Key Account by communicating and coordinating with buyers and sales coordinators on matters relating to company directions and sales objectives.
    • Develops and implements appropriate trade initiatives, with the approval of immediate superior, to drive the market share growth of Green Cross, Inc. (GCI).
    • Cascades GCI sales objectives to key accounts and obtains their commitments
    • Builds strategic relationships with key accounts to understand opportunities for creating value.
    • Monitors the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio and regularly communicates with existing accounts to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develops and presents to management reports concerning sales performance, market planning and analysis, service offerings and the changing business environment for proper guidance on moving forward.
    • Tracks personal sales performance through the use of the SAFARI template to identify actual performance versus target and formulate solutions in case of performance gaps.
    • Ensures proper account management by monitoring Sales/Purchase orders and compliance to GCI trading terms, pricing and policies
    • Ensures effective trade coverage by visiting key outlets to check compliance to standards, competitive activities and to develop rapport with key persons.
    • Abides to the company policies by adhering to the prescribed liquidation process of trade development budget
    • Takes responsibility and accountability for the security and proper use of all GCI resources assigned including but not limited to company car, funds, documents and working supplies to comply with company's ethical standards.
    • Performs other functions which may be assigned by immediate superior either in support of divisional goal attainment or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her superiors.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors Degree Holder - Any Business Related Course
    • With at least 1-2 years experience in Key Accounts Management in FMCG Set Up, but applicants who are FRESH GRADUATES/NO EXPERIENCE are welcome to apply.
    • Must be a driver's license holder, knows how to drive and open to travel
    • Cagayan De Oro based or open to relocate in CDO
    • Well adept in MS Office - specifically in MS Excel
    • Good in communication skills both written and verbal
    • Has a knack in numbers and in doing analytics
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, and has proven track records in customer management
