FILINVEST COMPANY: CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing all graphic design requirements and stands as an overall graphic brand guardian for CHROMA and its brands, ensuring that the correct graphic brand standards are consistently applied and implemented across all properties.

Conceptualize, design, and execute sales and marketing artworks for Chroma S&M, hotel brands and F&B brands.
Participates in conceptualizing of artworks together with the Marketing team
Handles the execution of all artwork requirements of the Organization as delegated by his superiors
Assists on conceptualization and implementation of all photography/photo coverage requirements for documentation, press release purposes and collaterals.
Requests and maintains par stock of art materials being used.
Maintains the cleanliness and security of the work area.
Regularly attends Marketing meetings and other meetings as requested or advised
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations at all times.
Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward all clients, staff, and employees.
Maintains professional business confidentiality.
Ensures that all office correspondence is filed properly.
Assists in conceptualization and production of company collaterals
Coordinates with printers and paper and art suppliers to ensure the companys needs are responded to in a timely manner.
Performs related duties and special projects assigned by his direct superiors
Adhere to brand graphics standards in all print advertising materials, social media, online banner display, email banners, and hotel in-house collateral.
Develop and enhance hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
Prepares reports as required and necessary to develop a more informative database for improved management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
At all times, projects a favorable image of Chroma Hospitality Inc., to the public.
Collaborate closely with Senior Graphic Designer and Chroma Marketing Communications team on forthcoming marketing initiatives, conceptualizing campaigns and promotions.
Listen to design needs and develop new ideas that will enhance brands.
Submit artwork requested in a timely manner with the approval from his/her superiors.
Support all S&M programs and other Chroma departments as applicable.
Assist other graphic requirements of Chroma as applicable.
Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best and correct work is released with the approval of his/her superiors.
Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.
Designs collaterals and all artwork requirements.
Coordinates closely and consults with suppliers regarding printing and other production projects to ensure clear instruction/direction for production
Assists in pictorials and other photo coverage.
Assists other departments in all printing requirements
Consults and coordinates with immediate superior regarding design and collateral production.
Practices and role model the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Chroma Hospitality Inc.

Competencies and Skills Required:

Has good graphic design skills, knowledge in branding, video editing and animation is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premier)
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Good planning skills
Good time management skills
Effective social skills / interpersonal relations
Can work in a fast-paced environment
