- Develop, maintain, and enhance an automated finance reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Work closely with other finance teams to understand their reporting needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead the identification and prioritization of processes suitable for RPA implementation, considering potential impact and benefits. Manage the RPA development lifecycle, including process mapping, workflow design, scripting, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions into existing systems and ensure seamless end-to-end automation.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and align the reports programming and RPA strategies with overall business goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to the finance team and establish clear roadmaps for reporting solutions and RPA projects. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, skill development, and cross-functional cooperation.
- Coordinate closely with IT Department on scope and limitation of projects. Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to team members. Allocate resources effectively, manage workloads, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and refine reporting and automation solutions accordingly. Present findings, insights, and project updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in reports programming, RPA, and automation technologies, evaluating their potential application in the startup's context. Propose and lead the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, VBA, or similar tools for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, etc)
- Strong leadership and team management skills,
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations in relation to reports programming and RPA.

- Problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
