Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a full-time Transition Accountant to join our team. The Transition Accountant is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of newly acquired properties into the company's portfolio. This is an on-site role located in Makati.Rate:
30,000 basic pay.
The Transition Accountant will work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting principles, and timely processing and payment of invoices.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingAt least 2 years of experience in real estate accounting or property management accountingStrong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgetingExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadline.
