Job summary
As a Retention Marketing Manager you will be the driving force behind high-performing email marketing strategies and automation for 15–17 clients.

- Develop and execute email marketing strategies including automation segmentation lifecycle targeting and predictive analytics aligned with client branding.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field. , Hands-on experience with multiple ESPs (Campaign Monitor MailChimp ActiveCampaign Drip GetResponse Retention Science etc.) Klaviyo experience is preferred., Proven leadership experience with small to mid-sized teams remote team management is strongly advantageous., Highly creative analytical self-motivated exceptionally detail-oriented.
