RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for:
An organized, detail-oriented accounting specialist and should also be a skilled researcher and possess
strong communication and computer skills.
Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization -Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
Manage client accounts and payment schedules
Prepares and reviews the necessary schedules and documentation required in filing tax returns
Accurately enter and process data related to billing and invoices in a timely manner
Perform basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial record keeping
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams to ensure timely billing and resolution of billing issues

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Must have at least 2-3 years of Accounting Specialist / Accountant
Has knowledge in filing in BIR and other government offices
Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
Excellent English communication skills
