    Marketing & Sales
    • Create and execute a strategic marketing plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
    • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
    • Manage month-end and year-end close marketing plans.
    • Developing standards presentations, marketing support materials alongside immediate superior.
    • Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring our customers' privacy as per data privacy law.
    • Attending meetings, marketing events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
    • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
    • Handles, build and liaise with partners and brokers and maintains safekeeping of agreements and database.

    Client Services
    • Conducts daily client services to maintain service level agreements and support day to day operations.
    • Handles concerns and issues from existing clients assigned in each centres.
    • Record keeping of service agreements and other client-related documents.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction is well taken care of and that service level agreements are met.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
    • With at least 5 years of experience with Sales, Hospitality, Customers Service or Account Management preferable with prior leadership in hospitality.
    • Solid background with Project and Time Management
    • Exceptional Level of Commitment towards Customer Experience
    • Proficient Oral and Communication Skills
