    The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Processes purchase requests and purchase orders
    • PR and PO verification for fixed assets
    • Sets up both fixed assets payables and fixed assets modules
    • Monitors fixed assets transfers
    • Records advance payment for fixed assets
    • Verifies and checks completeness of documents prior to set up of payable in SAP
    • Prepare and assists audit schedules relating to fixed assets
    • Other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Financial Accounting
    • At least 1 year of working experience in Fixed Assets is required for this position
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
    • Good analytical skills
    • Willing to work overtime and can meet cut-offs and deadlines
    • Organized and attentive to details
    • Can work with minimum supervision
    • Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
