As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project management, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of completed projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
