- Ensure accurate and timely processing of quality assurance, compliance, and governance deliverables.
- Adhere to agreed SLAs for various business-as-usual (BAU) activities within the Consumer Collections Group.
- Ensure effective and efficient execution of collection strategies in accordance with BSP policies and other regulatory requirements.
- Foster a customer is first culture in the delivery of the main job purpose.
- Review, process, and monitor the resolution of financial and non-financial requests within the division, following SLA guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks during the completion of deliverables.
- Hold a bachelor's degree from any 4-year course.
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years of collections experience in a mid-management role, specifically with a consumer loan product.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Consumer Credit Cycle.
- Familiarity with BSP Regulations and other relevant internal and external policies of the bank.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Open to working at Filinvest Building, Mandaluyong, near MRT Ortigas Station.
