    with knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits,
    organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations,
    safety and training.


    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Manage, create, implement, and supervise policies and regulations
    • Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization
    • Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
    • Consult with management on strategic planning and serve as a link between management and
    its employees/staff

    • Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, and direct disciplinary procedures.
