The job involves supporting product launches logistics fulfillment and process optimization across the organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional planning validating costs specs onboarding new products maintaining SKU architecture ensuring compliance for regulated product attributes managing product library vendor communication POs inventory tracking identifying resolving supply chain bottlenecks maintaining supplier KPIs overseeing inbound outbound shipments 3PL coordination international shipping compliance resolving discrepancies optimizing order flow acting as operational escalation point for fulfillment or inventory issues collaborating to improve service levels leading SOPs cross-functional initiatives continuous improvement projects maintaining accurate cost margin data managing Shopify operations integrated systems data accuracy tracking key metrics across platforms.

Minimum of 2 years experience in operations supply chain logistics or related fields strong organizational project management and cross-functional collaboration skills data-driven with ability to analyze track optimize processes detail-oriented proactive committed to high-quality execution comfortable working in fast-paced remote dynamic team environments motivated by contributing to mission-driven organizations focused on health wellbeing.
