- Collaborate with workforce management team members to analyze staffing needs and forecast resource requirements based on business demand and project scope.
- Utilize workforce management software and tools to monitor real-time adherence, schedule adherence, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet business objectives and client expectations.
- Collaborate with department leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to address resource scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and resource allocation challenges.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide insights, recommendations, and updates related to workforce management activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce management and operational analytics.
- Support training and development initiatives for workforce management team members to enhance skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Professional certification (e.g., RMCP, PMP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in resource management, data management, or workforce planning, preferably within a professional services firm or accounting environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and workforce metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Power BI, resource/workforce management software and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse personalities and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
