- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Learning & Development inbox.
- Respond to and manage Learning & Development help desk tickets through Solarwinds.
- Process external training certificate submissions in LCvista.
- Process CPE credits for internal training programs.
- Quality check internal programs for NASBA compliance.
- Act as default administrator in LCvista, setting up programs, enrolling attendees, managing user profiles.
- Assist Aprio employees with adding, renewing, and updating licenses in LCvista to monitor compliance.
- Process training recordings and upload to LCvista.
- Create Nano learning videos using Synthesia and Lectora.
- Bulk upload new hires' certificates for license compliance in LCvista.
- Assist with various projects for Learning & Development team members.
- Maintaining the user database in LCvista and LumiQ.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- Ability to learn quickly and implement new software technology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional writing skills.
- Ability to quality check details of others' work.
- Familiar with NASBA standards and CPE requirements.
- Strong self-review skills, team player with a positive attitude, and works well with multiple personality types.

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Operations Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance, analyzing CPE credits, creating e-learnings, and assisting Aprio team members with L&D related inquiries. This is a hands-on position which balances technical competency, business understanding, and first-rate communication skills.
