Job Description

The role of Customer Support Associate I involves interacting with customers through various channels to provide support and resolve issues related to client products or services.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

Ensure service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Understand and address customer requirements
Listen actively and empathetically to customer needs
Greet customers professionally
Maintain knowledge of client offerings
Document work accurately
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction
Recommend additional products/services
Track and retrieve information efficiently
Refer customers to appropriate resources when necessary

Candidate Profile

High school diploma preferred with relevant experience
Courteous and customer service-oriented
Proficient in computer navigation and PC skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
Work well in a team or independently
Display patience and professionalism in customer interactions
Willingness to work flexible shifts
