    As our Communication Skills Trainer within Zenni's esteemed Customer Service team, you play a pivotal role in bolstering the English communication capabilities of our Center of Excellence (COE) members based in the Philippines.

    The main responsibilities of a COMMUNICATION SKILLS TRAINER include:

    • Designing and spearheading a dynamic English language program aimed at enhancing both written and oral English proficiency among our support teams.
    • Through engaging and impactful teaching methods, you will contribute significantly to the advancement of our COE members' English comprehension skills, thereby ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
    • You will be a part of Zenni's Global Training & Design team reporting directly to our Manager, Training & Design.

    To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field and/or TEFL certification or equivalent
    • Proven experience as an English Instructor or similar role, preferably in a call center environment
    • Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
    • Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary
    • Ability to design and implement effective English language training programs
    • Experience in creating engaging and interactive learning materials
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with call center operations and customer service principles is a plus
    • Willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of individuals in a multicultural environment
    • Willingness to work onsite in Makati

    The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

    • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
    • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
    • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
    • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
    • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
    • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
    • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
