Senior Associate, Business Development - Makati, National Capital Region

Job summary
The Senior Associate will oversee and manage the overall land acquisition activities of assigned development project which would include the following: plans strategize implements LA activities and monitor progress analyze interpret and present data status progress issues solutions and strategies to Project Team and to other Departments including the Senior Management if necessary prepare land budgets of assigned development projects for discussion submission implementation and monitoring of land related expenditures.Acquisition of projects sites including acquisition of land use rights road right of way transmission right of way over private and public lands including following tasks prepare implement approved frameworks policies for acquisition rights over land review due-diligence available lands related documents i.e titles tax declaration patents discussion preparation drafting framework contracts with landowners study specific contracts sponsors other stakeholders preparation submission coordination regulatory agencies institutions permits clearances licenses DAR DENR LGU's negotiation discussion agencies acquire best possible terms beneficial project creates schedules project milestone completion certain tasks related project milestones implements process system improvements existing processes ease-doing-business achieving efficiencies securing long term rights overland annotation lease-hold rights proper register deeds ensuring completeness all lands documents particularly perfection documentation real property right relations registered
