UCT is looking for a talented Document Control Specialist to join us in Cebu

Implements and maintains change to the PLM system (Agile). Supports Document Control team.

Review and process document change requests submitted to DC through Agile (PLM system) for completeness and accuracy of the necessary information needed and route for approval.

Once approved, the DC Specialist will release the document in the PLM & ERP system and notify the respective users of the implementation.

Provide data necessary to monitor the effectiveness of the PLM system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General:
Monitor the day-to-day activities and ensure completion of assignments or activities using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Process change orders such as CR, IR, PR, PB, and ECO.
Process document change requests such as NOC, TCR, SCR, Deviation & ECR in Agile.
Process transfer of data from PLM to ERP.
Submit IT tickets in the event of ERP transfer failure.
Maintain Vendor supplier locked tables as required.
Monitor and maintain Agile set-up and termination thru an HD ticket.
Receives predetermined work assignments from the Supervisor and/or Manager that are subject to control and review.

Training:
Successfully complete all required training as assigned.
Trade Control training
Intellectual Property protection
Safety training
Other site and HR training as assigned.

Maintain current all qualifications including:
Trade control compliance.
Intellectual Property protection

Communications:
Occasional phone calls/emails with change originators to correct issues with change submissions.
Internal escalations to Supervisor upon recognition system failure to implement changes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Document Control using DC software / system
Customer service orientation

Ability to work effectively with all departments and other groups to ensure that site On-Time delivery and quality goals and objectives are met.

Working knowledge of Agile (PLM) system
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database software
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Master Control a plus

Educational/Certification Requirement:
Technical or Associates Degree or experience equivalent in engineering discipline for level 1-2.

Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:

3-5 years' experience in DC/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry Level 1-2.

Environmental Exposure:
Subject to frequent interruptions.
May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computer etc.
Subject to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, and exposure to chemicals and debris.

Work Schedule:
Due to the nature of the work and the fact that UCT is a U.S.

based company, flexible scheduling is required; the supervisor will accommodate work schedules to meet department and business needs and will advise employee with as much time as possible ahead of schedule change.

Flexible schedules can be unpredictable. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by management.
