    Job Responsibilities:

    COST EXPENDITURES MANAGEMENT
    • Establishing tables of accounts and allocating entries to appropriate accounts
    • Developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets, preparing regular reports comparing budgeted expenses to actual costs
    • Carrying out account reconciliations
    • Supporting month-end closing tasks to ensure accurate recording of costs and allocation to relevant cost centers
    • Verifying inventory differences during physical inventory counts, assigning costs, and recording inventory adjustments in NetSuite
    • Compiling audit reports and presenting findings to management
    • Overseeing the company's balance sheet and accounting records

    COST ANALYSIS
    • Assisting in product costing for pricing and financial analysis
    • Identifying areas for enhancement and offering recommendations to improve cost accounting procedures, including cost tracking and internal controls in NetSuite
    • Contributing to the development of standard costs and conducting monthly variance analysis between actual production costs and standard costs
    • Analyzing business activities, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to forecast future revenues and expenses or provide guidance
    • Suggesting modifications to company procedures and policies to cut costs and boost profitability

    Job Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
    • CPA certification is preferred
    ● Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting Management
