IT Support:
Responds to IT support tickets and enquiries, providing timely and effective resolution.
Network Management
Implement network upgrades and improvements as required to support company operations.
System Administration
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access restriction to guarantee security and compliance.
Provide on-call support and participate in after-hours maintenance activities as needed.
Installs, repairs, and conducts preventive maintenance of computers, laptops, servers and related systems.
Schedule regular maintenance activities, such as hardware inspections, software updates, and system diagnostics, to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT assets.

IT Inventory Management
Update inventory database on a regular basis to reflect asset changes, including additions, disposals, upgrades, and transfers.
Coordinate with Office and HR to acquire IT assets on time and within budget.
Check received IT assets for accuracy and completeness.
Security And Data Protection
Implement security measures to safeguard IT assets against theft, loss, or unauthorised access, such as physical security controls and encryption.
Maintain backups of critical data and develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks associated with asset loss or system failures.

Key Skills
Mandatory Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication, presentation, and people-handling skills at all levels.
Experience of Hardware Maintenance.
Experience in Software Installation and Configuration
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
