Performance Marketing Specialist(Contract) Meta Google Ads-Trackable CAC& ROAS - Makati, Metro Manila

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Manage Google Ads (Search / Maps / Display if relevant)
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
- Run A/B testing on creatives and campaigns
- Optimize for Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Provide weekly performance updates and monthly reports
Expected Outcomes (KPIs)
You will be evaluated based on performance metrics, including:
- Cost per inquiry / reservation
- Cost per dine-in customer (if trackable)
- ROAS for delivery campaigns
- Campaign optimization efficiency
- Measurable growth in customer acquisition
- Provide advanced analytics experience for CAC and ROAS tracking and reporting
This is a results-focused role.
