    Ensure that all APE, PEME & RDT results are double-checked to be high quality, accurate, complete and on-timeDuties and Responsibilities
    • QA and triple check all APE, PEME & RDT results before sending them to the client
    • Work with the laboratory, imaging department, and Doctors to ensure that all results are complete
    • If needed, print and collate all APE & RDT results and do triple checking for completeness and quality office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    • Sending of payroll computations/payslips to concerned employees
    • Timely processing of Netsuite and processing payroll attendance of on call nurses, doctors, radtechs, medtechs, phlebotomists, encoders and swabbers.
    • Monitoring the Onsite Testing, ACU, Vaccination, and Home Service Cash Advances and replenishment
    • Maintain and monitor Testing Schedules.
    • Preparing the contracts of the nurses and doctors.
    Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents- Any other tasks as assignedBackground and Qualifications- Has a minimum of 2 years in any Allied Medical College- Has good communication skills and is fluent in English- Works well with computers, automated programs and software
