    Recruitment OfficerI. BASIC PURPOSE

    • Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of recruitment activities withinassigned area with the objective of providing qualified personnel for principalrequirements.
    • Also performs other functions or participates in adhoc projects as may be assigned fromtime to time

    Planning andBudgeting Provides relevant input concerning recruitment activitieswithin assigned area which may be necessary in thepreparation and implementation of annual departmentalplans and budget.2.

    ResourceManagement Reviews and monitors section expenses to ensure that theseare in accordance with approved budget.

    Recruitment andSourcing Conducts recruitment activities which include but not limitedto sourcing, pooling, screening, authentication of pre-employment documents, administration of examinations andbackground investigation, ensuring employing qualified andcompetent crew and meeting principal requirements.

    Manages the pool / database of candidates ensuringVersion availability of applicants at any given time. Monitors use of various sourcing methods to ensure steadysupply of applicants for pooling.2. InnovativeThinking Provides relevant ideas and needed support that will resultto business development, revenue generation, cost-savingsand customer retention.3. CustomerFocus Establishes and maintains meaningful business relationshipswith both internal and external customers to facilitateeffective and efficient delivery of services.

    Minimum education requirement : 4 year College graduate

    Ideal education requirement :
    any Behavioral course graduate

    • Minimum job-related experience : 2 years
    • On-the-job training required : 6 months
