    Role Description

    TOMO Coffee is seeking a full-time Recruitment Officer to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent while maintaining an employee-focused and productive environment. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including HR operations, training and development, communication, and more. As a Recruitment Officer for TOMO Coffee, you will have an opportunity to work with a few HR professionals and supervise at least four (4) HR Interns.

    Qualifications

    • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) experience
    • Experience in HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and other HR functions
    • Training & Development experience, including training program design and delivery
    • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
    • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
