Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff follows recipes portion controls and presentation specification set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment help to wash peel and prepare basic food items prepare ingredients to use in cooking chopping peeling vegetables cutting meat etc label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized easily accessible monitors the stock on hand perform monthly kitchen inventory ensures complete accurate delivery of all food item ordered by each customer maintain sanitation health safety standards in kitchen work areas receive count check quality delivered stock items

• Vocational Course Certificate/ College Graduate related in Food Beverage Industry.
• Minimum of 1 to years as kitchen staff helper ability manage personal responsibilities high stress fast paced working environment ability use multiple items pieces equipment kitchen ability follow oral written instructions ability stand walk hour shifts lift at least pounds familiarity standard restaurant operations safe beverage service
