    Role Description

    We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Support Associate to support executive search projects within the financial services sector. This role is primarily responsible for lead generation, candidate sourcing, and research execution across active search assignments, working closely with consultants to deliver accurate, timely, and well-structured market intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide project-based research and sourcing support for executive search assignments in financial services
    • Conduct targeted lead generation aligned to role briefs, search strategy, and consultant guidance
    • Build and maintain structured market maps (e.g. organisational charts of banks, asset managers, investment firms)
    • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, and external research tools
    • Pre-qualify candidate leads based on seniority, function, sector exposure, and geography
    • Support business development efforts by identifying prospective client and market leads within relevant institutions
    • Prepare accurate, concise candidate and company profiles for consultant review
    • Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and reporting standards within Salesforce and internal tracking tools
    • Ensure research outputs are delivered on time and in line with project priorities

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Required: Prior experience in administration, lead generation or recruitment research (executive search, recruitment agency, market research, or similar)
    • Required: Familiarity with the financial services sector, particularly investment banking, wealth/asset management, or investment firms
    • Preferred: Experience supporting executive search or recruitment firms (directly or via BPO/KPO environments)
    • Strong understanding of organisational structures and role hierarchies in financial institutions
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong online research, data mining, and LinkedIn Recruiter capability
    • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data and CRM systems
    • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Profile of Suitable Candidates

    • Experience as a researcher, sourcer, or lead generation analyst supporting financial services recruitment or executive search
    • OR background in a BPO/KPO environment supporting U.S. or European recruitment firms (BFSI / FS verticals)
    • OR in-house research or lead generation roles within boutique advisory, executive search, or financial recruitment firms
