The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the overall bookkeeping and recording of head office transactions. S/he prepares on-time and accurate financial records of head office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Financial Management or its equivalent.
Fresh graduates may apply.
With knowledge in bookkeeping.
Demonstrates effective working relationships; Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; Maintains confidentiality of informationOpenness and readiness to contribute.
Ability to actively participate as a member of a team to move toward the completion of goals.

Adeptness in Financial Management and Accounting System – ensures conformance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Ensures correctness and on-time submission of reports, and creates reports and /or presentations.
Demonstrates credibility, personal motivation, self-awareness, empathy, social skills, and self regulation.

Continuous Improvements – adapts to new systems; implements changes due to governmental requirements and/or organizational policies; Guarantees compliance of all branches.

Ability to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely.

Willing to be assigned in our extension office: 130 Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City.
